SHIPPING COST

Charges for Shipping across India is Free on all orders above 599 only and for International Shipping charges will be collected based on weight and region.

We will process shipping within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.

Metro Cities – Minimum : 2 Business Days | Maximum : 4 Business Days

Non-Metro Cities – Minimum : 4 Business Days | Maximum : 7 Business Days

Estimated Time for Delivery outside India

International : Minimum: 10 Business Days | Maximum: 15 Business Days

Note: All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours upon receiving them unless there is a shortage in inventory in which case, we will get in touch with you and communicate the revised processing and delivery timelines. Our shipping partners will take over once all orders are packed and ready for dispatch. We will not be responsible for delays caused by unforseen external circumstances.

 

Return And Exchange Policy

 

ORDER SHIPPED TO INDIAN ADDRESS

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise and we will bear the reverse pick up charges. If you have changed your mind for something different from what was ordered, shipping charges will be applicable.

  1. Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged.
  2. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice and other papers, if any.
  3. Damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.

 

RETURN PROCESS

  1. Write to us at  [email protected] with your order number, phone number and the nature of problem encountered along with the images of the product.
  2. We will verify your request and generate the reverse pickup automatically.
    Keep the item(s) securely in their original packaging, do not remove any brand tags and ensure they are in the same condition as when received.
  3. Hand over the package to our courier partner. Please make a small video while handing over the shipment with products clearly visible and also ask the courier person’s name, company name and contact number before handing over the shipment to him/her. These details might be required in case of any fraudulent activity.
  4. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.
  5. If the product passes the inspection, we will initiate the refund process within 7 working days.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We do not offer merchandise Exchange or Return on orders shipped internationally. In an unlikely event if any merchandise you have received is in a damaged condition or defective, please reach out to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our representative will guide you on this matter.

We do not accept any damage complaints after 7 days of receiving the shipment. Please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request.

Note: There might be duties/taxes applicable when you return items to us, so kindly do not ship anything back to us without writing to our customer care. We will not be liable to pay any duties/taxes arising due to return shipment.
